My base education is ICT + Languages. However, since I’ve always been busy with sports (basketball, tennis, snowboarding, mountainbiking, fitness,,… and much more), I decided to study Personal Training & Fitness Coaching.
I have a Syntra PT certificate, Animal Flow certificate, NASM certificate and an AALO rehabilitation certificate.
I give various types of training:
- Core stability
- Speed Agility Quickness
- Animal Flow
Mostly the type of training changes every time, but if you have requests, let me know.
Losing weight is a combination of training and eating healthy. First you need to change your diet. Stop eating those snacks. Stop drinking cola and other sugar drinks. Eat more vegetables, chick and fat fish.
